On April 30th, the company held its May safety meeting. At the meeting, each unit reported on the implementation of its April safety production work. The meeting also deployed key safety tasks for May (including the May 15th Safety Awareness Day activities), reported on problems and hidden dangers discovered during joint safety inspections, and emphasized rectification requirements. General Manager Du Xiaofang stressed at the meeting that, given the characteristics of outsourced construction sites—numerous personnel, multiple projects, and frequent overlapping operations—each local unit must ensure that its equipment and facilities are not affected by construction. The Infrastructure Department and the Command Center must strictly control construction safety without compromise. During the holiday period, the Security Department must continue to investigate employees working under the influence of alcohol, and all cadres and employees must be treated equally and undergo testing. All units must make every effort to prepare for the external audit of the occupational health and safety management system.

Company leaders required all units to take this training as an opportunity to rigorously implement the system documents, strictly adhere to the manuals and procedural documents, standardize on-site operations, refine the division of responsibilities, conduct regular on-site self-inspections and rectifications, and promptly close the loop on problems to effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of system operation.
