To enhance the company's ability to withstand uncertainties and organizational changes, and to build a resilient management team, Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group officially launched its 2026 Management Cadre Training Program. From January 13th to 14th, Mr. Hu Yanping from Huaying Management Services was invited to conduct the first training session. Senior and middle-level managers from the company gathered in the second-floor auditorium of the office building to immerse themselves in learning about Huawei's organizational development experience, thus accumulating knowledge and skills for the company's high-quality development.
Mr. Hu Yanping, a management expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council, possesses extensive experience in Huawei's organizational change and management practices. During the training, he focused on "Organizational Resilience under Uncertainty," providing in-depth explanations from four perspectives: corporate culture, cadres, organizational capabilities, and organizational change. Topics included: mission culture and shared vision; strategic positioning and long-term sustainable capability building; building agile organizations and collaborative capabilities; the spirit of sacrifice and sense of responsibility among cadres; organizational rationality and adaptive response mechanisms; and the concepts and successful practices of organizational change. The following day, in light of the actual development of Yongyang Special Steel Group, the trainees were guided to hold discussions on topics such as key success factors for enterprise development, core capability building, future challenges and improvement directions, so as to deeply integrate theoretical knowledge with enterprise practice.

During the training, participating cadres strictly adhered to disciplinary requirements, learning with a problem-solving approach and reflecting on practical situations. They diligently recorded key learning points and actively participated in discussions, forging consensus on development through intellectual exchange and exploring solutions by learning from experiences. This training not only provided access to Huawei's advanced management concepts and organizational building methods but also clarified their own responsibilities and direction in team management and organizational collaboration. In the future, they will leverage stronger organizational resilience and management capabilities to drive Yongyang Special Steel Group's continued breakthroughs in the industry.
This management cadre training is an important measure for Yongyang Special Steel Group to strengthen its talent pool and enhance its core competitiveness. Moving forward, the company will continue to focus on improving management capabilities and optimizing organizational structure, introducing more high-quality training resources and advanced concepts to build a high-caliber, professional management team. This will solidify the management foundation for the company's steady progress in a complex market environment and propel it steadily towards higher-quality development goals.
