Through standardized data cleansing and centralized distribution, it built a lifecycle data management system and launched localized intelligent applications such as one-click steelmaking, smart sintering, and gas flow prediction. The company successfully passed the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's (MIIT) assessment for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System, earning both the “AAA-Level Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certification” and the “AAA-Level Digital Transformation Management System Certification.” Empowering high-quality business development through digitalization and intelligence, we are fully committed to establishing a provincial-level benchmark for digital transformation.

Yongqing Real Estate achieved 100% home handover with zero customer complaints at Courtyard No. 1, striving to set a city benchmark. Courtyard No. 3 delivered both affordable housing and commercial properties under the same standards, fulfilling commitments to public welfare. Property service standards were upgraded, anchored by the vision of “Warming a City with Care,” consistently prioritizing a customer-centric approach to build a full-cycle service chain for homeowners. The resource utilization industry was developed to efficiently activate existing assets and empower industrial upgrading through green development. We are expanding into the natural gas clean energy sector, fortifying the supply defense for clean and efficient energy to support the national dual-carbon policy. Our professional testing division safeguards quality standards, with Guodingxin Testing leveraging authoritative certifications, expert teams, and cutting-edge equipment to drive industrial quality upgrades. All units and divisions are thriving, harnessing synergistic forces to ignite new engines of growth.
