On 3rd February 2024, the first Handan Charity Spring Festival Gala of 2024 with the theme of "Hand in Hand with Charity, Walk with Love" was held in Handan Charity Theatre. At the meeting, 7 excellent charitable enterprises and 12 excellent charitable organisations were commended. Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Handan Excellent Charity Enterprise", and Du Xiaofang, General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting and accepted the award.

On the meeting, a variety of cultural and artistic programmes were also performed. Through a variety of forms, multi-angle, multi-level publicity to show the recent years, including Yongyang Co., Ltd. and Yongyang Charity Foundation, including the development of Handan City charity and charity work results.
