　　Chen Hongfei made a speech entitled "Guided by the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, providing a strong ideological and political guarantee for the high-quality development of the iron and steel industry", and talked about four opinions on implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and strengthening the party's ideological and political work:

　　First, comprehensively and accurately grasp the overall operating characteristics of China's iron and steel industry in 2020. At present, the whole industry is implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee, starting from the actual situation of the industry, and actively formulating the overall "14th Five-Year Plan" guidance for the steel industry and the "14th Five-Year Plan" for various enterprises. The ideological and political work of party building in iron and steel industry enterprises should provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan".

　　The second is to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and study the long-term development ideas of the industry. To achieve the goal of high-quality development of China's iron and steel industry in the "14th Five-Year Plan", corporate propaganda and ideological and political work undertake the arduous task of cohesion, grasping the overall situation and maintaining stability. Enterprise propaganda and ideological and political work is to fully understand the development policies and requirements of the industry, accurately grasp the actual needs of enterprises, and work hard and mutual penetration and integration. In the face of the key nodes of enterprise planning and formulation of the "14th Five-Year Plan", it is necessary to understand the basic idea of industry development, that is, to deepen the supply-side structural reform; accelerate mergers and acquisitions; increase investment in scientific and technological innovation; guide the green development of enterprises; continue to promote intelligent manufacturing; Ensure the security of resource supply.

　　The third is to strengthen ideological and political work to help the development of the "14th Five-Year Plan". 　　Jiang Xinghong made a work report entitled "Facing the New Era, Undertaking New Missions, and Strongly Promoting the High-quality Development of Iron and Steel Enterprises", which summarized and reviewed the achievements of the Metallurgical Political Research Association and member units from five aspects: strengthening theoretical arming, thinking first, public opinion guidance, psychological counseling, and cultural shaping, and put forward the overall requirements and key tasks of the work in 2021. First, we must firmly grasp the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; The second is to seize the opportunity of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party to comprehensively carry out party spirit education, red education, and party day activities to educate, enlighten, and inspire people; the third is to work closely around the center to promote the high-quality development of the steel industry; Fourth, firmly grasp the guidance of public opinion and establish a good image of the iron and steel industry; Fifth, we should closely rely on member units and continuously improve the level of the Metallurgical Political Research Association. In 2021, the ideological and political work of party building propaganda in metallurgical enterprises should face the new era, take on a new mission, maintain concentration, be down-to-earth, and contribute wisdom and strength to promote the high-quality development of the steel industry, build a strong steel country, and build a modern socialist country.

　　In his speech, Yang Haifeng welcomed the leaders and colleagues in the iron and steel industry who attended the meeting, introduced the reform and promotion of the "Double Hundred Action" of Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group, the preparation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and green development, and expounded the important role of ideological and political work to the enterprise. Viewpoints and methods, expand the new field of party building topics and political theory research from multiple angles, give full play to the role of party building topics and theoretical research think tanks, and provide ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and public opinion support for promoting the scientific development of enterprises. He said that Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group kept in mind its original intention and mission, unswervingly promoted the deepening of reform, the adjustment of the product structure department, and strived to build a new pattern of "one body, two wings and two thousand" industrial cluster development, that is, one: Xi'an headquarters economy and Xi'an steel processing, logistics and warehousing, supply chain financial base; Two wings: Hancheng coal, coke and electric tempering industry ecosystem in the north wing, and Hanzhong steel products industry cluster in the south wing; Double thousand: 10 million tons of steel and 100 billion yuan output value industrial cluster, contributing to the healthy development and sustainable prosperity of China's iron and steel industry.

　　At the meeting, Wang Junlong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group, introduced the innovative experience and operation mode of the working mechanism of "party building pilot, team leading, and cadres walking in the forefront" in combination with the seven major upgrading projects of the party committee and the actual reform and development. Qi Yuezhang, leader of HBIS Group, introduced the experience and achievements of transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment. Han Ruiping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice chairman of TISCO Group, introduced the implementation of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the inspection of TISCO, and conveyed the requirements put forward by Huang Kunming, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and director of the Central Propaganda Department, on strengthening propaganda, ideological and cultural work when TISCO held a symposium.
