During the safety production month activity, the rolling mill organized and carried out the theme activity of "home visit to employees" to talk about work and life with the families of employees. This activity strengthened the communication between the factory and the employees' families, and enhanced the sense of identity and belonging of the employees.

　　In order to improve the theoretical knowledge and operation level of workshop operators and strengthen the awareness of safe and standardized operation, on June 16, the rolling mill held a crane operation skills competition in the heavy rail workshop, and four participating teams were formed in each workshop. This activity enhanced the employees' awareness of safe operation, enriched the spiritual and cultural life of employees, and stimulated their enthusiasm for improving operation technology.
