The first phase of the ironmaking plant: 3 fully enclosed raw material yards, 1 Maerz lime kiln of 300 tons and 600 tons, 1 sintering machine of 180 square meters, 1 blast furnace of 1260 cubic meters, with an annual output of 297,000 tons of lime, 2.4 million tons of sinter and 1.16 million tons of pig iron.

　　The first phase of the steelmaking plant: 1 120-ton converter, 2 120-ton LF refining furnaces, 1 120-ton VD refining furnace, 1 eight-machine eight-flow billet continuous casting machine, and 1 six-machine six-flow billet continuous casting machine.
